After the meeting, Thursday afternoon, there will be an opportunity to
visit Esrange Space Center, https://sscspace.com/esrange/.  If you are
interested in that, plan your travel accordingly (there is an evening flight to
Stockholm). Note that all interested in visiting Esrange must send an email to Ann-Christin Grenevall +46 (0) 72 203 22 07. Please also ask Ann-Christin all questions about the Esrange visit. 

The SRS Conference 2025 covers a large range of space science related areas carried out by scientists and technicians working at various Swedish universities and institutes. The format includes invited talks, an open poster session, the formal SRS annual meeting as well as information from The Swedish National Space Agency, SNSA.

The conference is open to everybody, and there is no registration fee. All who register before the deadline are invited to the free conference dinner on the evening of the first day, sponsored by SNSA.

You can register below until February 16. Note however that March is tourist season in Kiruna, so you are advised to book transportation and hotel as soon as possible.

SNSA will support travel and accommodation expenses for up to six PhD students who would like to participate in the conference. A condition for support is that the students must present their research results or research plans on a poster. It is important to note that no one can apply until January 2025, when next year’s call opens, due to budget reasons. Students who are interested can apply for support by replying to the following call:
